Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Marin Marinov Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session or event.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
3. Image Delivery
   Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 2–4 weeks. RAW files are not provided unless agreed upon in advance.
4. Usage Rights
   Clients receive personal usage rights for all delivered images. Marin Marinov Photography retains the copyright and may use the photos for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Liability
   In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure, illness), every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a replacement. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
